This agreement and the use of the services are governed by the laws of Romania. The parties agree that any disputes that may arise will be resolved by the competent courts in Bucharest, Romania.
Joint Health reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time, at its discretion.
In the event of significant changes, we will inform you by posting them on our website or through other communication channels, such as email. The notification will include a reasonable period for the new terms to take effect.
If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using our services within the specified period or after the new terms come into effect.
Continued use of our services will be considered as acceptance of the new terms.
